During his collegiate career, Scribner also competed in the New England Collegiate Baseball League with the North Adams SteepleCats, where he gained valuable experience against some of the nation’s top collegiate talent.
Following college, Scribner embarked on a nine-year professional baseball career, reaching the Major Leagues with the San Diego Padres in 2011. Known as a dependable late-inning reliever, he played a key role in Oakland’s 2012 American League West championship season and earned a reputation for his consistency, competitiveness, and professionalism on the mound.
Since retiring from professional baseball, Scribner has dedicated himself to coaching and player development, working closely with high school and collegiate pitchers to improve mechanics, optimize recovery, and develop a deeper understanding of the game.
