With a steller glove Gianfranco has been a vital part for the Univeristy of Charleston baseball program. Throughout the season, Gianfranco has roamed both the outfield and infield, while succesfully having a fielding percentage of .973%. With his ability to play mutiple positions, having the 5'11 junior from Toronto gives the Blues some much needed backup in case of injury. Lets not also forget, a super utility player are becoming more popular in the MLB due to the options it gives a coaching staff and helps add an extra arm in the bullpen. Expect to see Gianfranco being a major contributor this summer for the Blues!
